JUNIOR AUDITION NOTICE: "Finding Nemo Jr." with Roar Academy

ROAR Academy is excited to announce AUDITIONS for Finding Nemo Jr. – a fantastic opportunity for young performers aged 8-13 years to showcase their talents in this underwater adventure!


Audition Dates:

  • Saturday, 24th February, 1-3pm

  • Saturday, 2nd March, 1-3pm

About Finding Nemo Jr.: A 60-minute musical adaptation of the beloved 2003 Pixar movie, the story follows Marlin, an overprotective clownfish, and Nemo, his adventurous son, as they embark on an epic ocean journey filled with memorable characters.


Roles:

  • Ensemble of younger performers (8-13 years)

  • Key roles for teen performers (Marlin, Dory, Crush, Professor Ray)


Audition Preparation:

  • Nemo: "Where's My Dad?"

  • Marlin: "Big Blue World Part 1"

  • Dory: "Just Keep Swimming"

  • Other roles: "Big Blue World Part 2" or "Fish Are Friends"

No need to learn material by heart; vocal and dance routine will be run during auditions.


Workshop Dates: Monday, 8th April, to Friday, 12th April 9 am to 5 pm

Cost:

  • $350 or $280 if paid by 1st March (20% discount)

  • Includes costumes, script, score, pizza party, and after-show party with ICE CREAM FOR ME van.

Performances: Saturday, 13th April, at 2 pm and 7 pm Sunday, 14th April, at 1 pm and 6 pm
