Synopsis: Prime Time Broadway 2025 celebrates the diversity of life’s relationships, exploring themes of awe, wonder, grief, confusion, and celebration through iconic musical theatre songs. This 75-minute, two-act concert features a multi-generational cast of talented Brisbane performers, accompanied by a live band led by Raymond Hernandez.

Audition Time: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Audition Requirements:
Vocal Audition:
Present one musical theatre song of your choice that showcases your vocal range and performance ability.
Have a second song prepared (may not be required).
Bring a backing track on an aux cable-ready device (speaker will be provided).
Dance Call:
Group call at 4:30 pm (dancers only).
Wear clothes you can move in, including shoes.
No warm-up included in the call, so arrive early to warm up.
A dance sequence will be taught on the day

Rehearsal Dates: Rehearsals begin Sunday 22 April and run through to 12 June 2025. Specific rehearsal days are:

Tuesdays, 7 pm – 10 pm
Thursdays, 7 pm – 10 pm

Sitzprobe: Sunday, 8 June 2025 (2 pm – 6 pm)
Technical Rehearsal: Tuesday, 10 June 2025 (7 pm – 10 pm)
Dress Rehearsal: Thursday, 12 June 2025 (7 pm – 10 pm)
Recommended Age: The performance is open to performers of all ages, with some specific roles for younger performers (10–17 years).
