Season: March 6th - 22nd, 2025

Title: Macbeth

Presented By: La Boite Theatre

Synopsis: A bold reimagining of Shakespeare’s Macbeth, shifting the perspective to the Weird Sisters, whose cryptic prophecies set Macbeth on a path of ambition, murder, and ruin. This innovative production delves into their spiritual and philosophical connection to the Earth, revealing a world burdened by human ambition. Blending dance, movement, text, and sound, the performance explores the consequences of power and the interconnectedness of all things. Opening on International Women’s Day, this adaptation challenges the traditional narrative and breathes new life into one of Shakespeare’s greatest tragedies.
