About the Workshop:
Experience what it’s like to be a professional musical theatre performer through this electrifying “triple threat” training workshop. Designed for children of all ages and skill levels, this intensive programme includes training in singing, dancing, acting, film and television, and audition techniques. Led by industry professionals, the workshop offers an inclusive, energetic, and fun-filled environment where participants can meet new, like-minded friends. The four-day intensive culminates in a showcase where students will perform numbers from award-winning musicals in front of a live audience, complete with costumes, lighting, and sets.

Meet the Workshop Coordinators:
Libby: Libby has been immersed in the performing arts since her earliest memory, playing leading roles in productions such as "The Nutcracker" (Clara), "Annie" (Annie), and "Mamma Mia" (Sophie). She has extensive training in various dance genres and has worked as a performer, teacher, and choreographer. Her professional theatre credits include roles in "Cats," "Curtains," "The Drowsy Chaperone," "Legally Blonde," and "Hairspray The Arena Spectacular." Libby is passionate about sharing her industry knowledge and teaching musical theatre, singing, acting, and dancing.
Riley: Riley is a Sunshine Coast-based performer and artistic entrepreneur. He has obtained his ATCL in Speech and Drama as well as Musical Theatre, topping Australia in both. Riley has a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre and has appeared in numerous musicals, including "Oklahoma," "Little Shop of Horrors," "Chicago," and "The Pyjama Game." He has also trained in film and television and appeared in various productions, including “A Place to Call Home,” “Love Child,” and “Ladies in Black.” Riley has also worked as an entertainer on Carnival Cruise Lines and has experience in event and entertainment management. He currently teaches at the Buderim Youth Theatre of Excellence and offers private tutoring.
